Processing Time
- For Coffee of the Month subscription orders, we roast and ship the coffee at the end of each month to guarantee freshness.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

- Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

Expedited Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Expedited shipping costs vary by location and order size.

- Delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s customs policies. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping for Coffee Subscriptions
For our Coffee of the Month subscription:
- Coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped at the end of each month.
- You will receive a notification once your monthly coffee is on its way.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our website or the carrier's website.
- If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at traininggroundscoffee@gmail.com.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or international customs processing. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will notify you immediately via email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
